Leadership

This yearlong course teaches the universal principles of leadership that have practical application in every leadership situation. The course addresses the key factors to successful coaching, counseling and teaching. It brings a deeper understanding of executive leadership and the day-to-day management of people in a business or nonprofit context. And it empowers a person to be of service to others in less formal relationships with families and among friends.

If you are currently offering leadership—either at an individual or an organizational level—the course will assist you to find new strategies for guiding people to move past their own limitations. And it will assist you to become aware of your own blind spots as a leader and to gain new insights and perspective.

If you are moving into leadership, and you aspire to be the most enlightened leader you can be, this course will help you move toward your goal.

The essential premise of the course is that within all people, and within all groups of people, there is a spiritual reality that is seeking to manifest. There is a self whose fundamental nature is divine, and that self deeply desires to express fully through the human capacity. When this perspective is held by a leader, they are uniquely empowered to help people face their challenges and meet their goals. They bring uncommon wisdom and understanding to the issues that people face, and new insight into the deepest issues of the heart. They become enlightened teachers of emotional intelligence. A leader with this perspective is in position to guide a person, or a group of people, to their ultimate fulfillment.
